This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, taking ownership of customer outcomes, and building theirÌýexpertiseÌýacrossÌýnetworks,ÌýsecurityÌýandÌýinfrastructure.Ìý

You’llÌýoperateÌýas a key technical escalation point,ÌýspecialisingÌýin networks and firewalls, working closely with senior engineers to resolve complex issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.Ìý

What You’ll Be DoingÌý

• ResolvingÌýissues relating to networks,ÌýfirewallsÌýand platform issuesÌý
• Owning tickets through to resolution whileÌýmaintainingÌýstrong customer communicationÌý
• Participating in incident investigations and root cause analysisÌý
• Performing scheduled maintenance and proactive system improvementsÌý
• Working directly with customers on technical issues and escalationsÌý
• Contributing to projects, migrations, and platform improvementsÌý
• Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articlesÌý
• AssistingÌýwith technical reviews and operational improvement initiativesÌý

• Excellent communication and customer service skillsÌý
• A proactive mindset focused on ownership and continuous improvementÌý

While certifications are not mandatory,Ìýyou’llÌýstand out if you hold (or are actively pursuing) certifications inÌýPaloÌýAlto,ÌýFortinetÌýand Cisco.Ìý
