Primary ResponsibilitiesÌý
- Participant Outcomes and Capacity BuildingÌý
- EngageÌýparticipants to understand goals, strengths,ÌýrisksÌýand support needs in line with their NDIS plan.Ìý
- Support participants to build skills,ÌýconfidenceÌýand knowledge to navigate the NDIS and broader service systems.Ìý
- Provide guidance to participants to understand plan budgets, fundingÌýcategoriesÌýand service options, enabling informedÌýdecision making.Ìý
- Facilitate participant choice and control by supporting independent engagement withÌýsupportsÌýand services.Ìý
- Support participants to prepare for plan reviews and reassessments.Ìý
- Coordination, Systems and ComplianceÌý
- Coordinate participant access toÌýappropriate informal,ÌýmainstreamÌýand funded supports.Ìý Support collaboration across service providers to promote cohesive andÌýtimelyÌýservice delivery.Ìý

QualificationsÌýand experienceÌý
​Certificate IV, diploma or degree in Community Services, Disability, Human Services, Social Work or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experienceÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý

- Sound understanding of the NDIS market,ÌýsupportsÌýandÌýprogrammes.Ìý
- Well‑developed problem‑solving, research, conceptual and analytical skills.Ìý
- Technology literate, including confidence using Windows‑based systems,ÌýemailÌýand online platforms.Ìý
- Ability to travel to remote and isolated communities asÌýrequired.Ìý
- Effective relationship management with participants, families,ÌýserviceÌýprovidersÌýand other key stakeholders.Ìý
