Position Purpose

The Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in promoting and advocating for JMC Academy to prospective students, parents, career advisors,ÌýteachersÌýand partner organisations. The primaryÌýobjectiveÌýis to drive sustainable lead generation and referrals through tactical business and relationship development with external influencers,ÌýincludingÌýindustry partners, schools, internationalÌýagentsÌýand referral networks. This includesÌýidentifying,ÌýnurturingÌýand managingÌýrelationshipsÌýthat strengthen JMCÌýAcademy’sÌýpresence and reputation, while ensuringÌýJMCÌýAcademy is represented effectively across targeted external and internal initiatives for prospective students.ÌýAdditionally, the role involves overseeing the campus-specific Student Ambassador Program to supportÌýstudentÌýrecruitment outcomes, coordinating high-impact engagement activities, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with broader brand and enrolment objectivesÌý

Business & Relationship DevelopmentÌý

  • IdentifyÌýand develop opportunities aligned with JMC’s target audiences and recruitmentÌýobjectives, working collaboratively with Marketing and Academic departments.Ìý
  • Develop andÌýmaintainÌýhigh-value relationships with key external influencers, including high school career advisors, educators, industry bodies, creativeÌýorganisationsÌýand referral networks.Ìý
  • Represent JMC at targeted industry and education initiatives to strengthen brand presence, expand networks and generate qualified referral pathways.Ìý

  • Plan and deliver JMC-hosted recruitment initiatives, including workshops, work experience programs, campusÌýeventsÌýand information sessions.Ìý
  • Collaborate with Marketing and campus teams to ensureÌýthatÌýevents align with brand standards and deliver an exceptional prospective student experience.Ìý
  • Evaluate engagement activities through stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement.Ìý

Student Ambassador ProgramÌý

  • Manage the campus-specific Student Ambassador Program, including recruitment,ÌýtrainingÌýand performance oversight.Ìý

Database Management & ReportingÌý

  • Proven experience inÌýmanaging anÌýindirectÌýsales channel.Ìý
