Position Overview:

Keystone Civil is a boutique civil construction firm specialising in road projects, renewables, and pipeline works is seeking a Project Manager. Founded in 2013, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects while staying true to our core values: CAN DO, CONNECTED, and COMMITTED. With approximately 70 employees, we are not focused on being the biggest, but the best at what we do.

As a Project Manager at Keystone Civil, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our projects across the road, renewables, and pipeline sectors. You will be responsible for managing project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently and cost-effectively. With a hands-on approach, you will drive productivity, mitigate risks, and maintain positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Graduate Engineers, and the broader delivery team.
  • Mentor and develop both direct and indirect reports to build capability and performance.
  • Manage project Profit & Loss, closely monitoring budgets and productivity.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities.
  • Own project scheduling, ensuring the program is tracked, updated, and aligned with critical paths, key milestones, procurement timelines, and client requirements.
  • Monitor contractual entitlements and manage any program slippage.
  • Lead procurement activities for assigned projects.
  • Oversee project QC/QA and HSEQ compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

About you:

  • You will have a qualification in a relevant field (Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex Civil construction projects
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction techniques & specification requirements
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ best practice
  • Great time management, with ability to manage budgets and track production
