- General Practice & Active Ageing (Full Time)
You’llÌýplay a pivotal role in building and strengthening relationships withÌýspecialists, surgeons, hospitals, generalÌýpractitionersÌýand aged care providersÌýacrossÌýthe Gold Coast,Ìýincreasing patientÌýreferralsÌýand driving collaborativeÌýcare pathways that improve long-term patient outcomes.ÌýÌý

WhatÌýYou’llÌýDoÌý
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow medically referred patientsÌýÌý
- Build andÌýmaintainÌýstrongÌýreferring partnerÌýrelationshipsÌýÌý
- Convert prospective partners into active referrers to KieserÌýGold CoastÌýclinicsÌý
- Represent and promote the Kieser brand through meetings, events, educationÌýsessionsÌýand networkingÌýÌý
- SpendÌýa large portionÌýof timeÌýin the field engaging with partners and stakeholdersÌýÌý
- Facilitate referrals and collaborate closely with referrers,ÌýcliniciansÌýandÌýinternalÌýteamsÌýÌý
- IdentifyÌýand implement innovative partnership opportunities such asÌýsatelliteÌýclinics,ÌýhubsÌýand caseÌýconferencingÌýÌý
- Educate stakeholders on relevant funding pathways, for example,ÌýHealth Funded Programs, ANC, HCP and LifeÌý
- Manage and resolve partnership challenges whileÌýmaintainingÌýstrong, trusted relationshipsÌý
- Contribute to clinic and regional performance through collaboration with medical andÌýregional leadersÌý

Must-havesÌý
- Valid working rights in AustraliaÌý
- Valid driving licenseÌýÌý
- Demonstrated work experience in comparable role (e.g. Healthcare Sales, Healthcare BD, Referral Relationship Manager)ÌýÌýÌý
- Proven ability to build and grow referral-based relationships with medical professionalsÌýÌý
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)Ìý
- Highly motivated,ÌýproactiveÌýand results-driven mindsetÌýÌý
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsÌýÌý

- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
