Description
Our Head Brewer will be responsible for leading all brewing operations, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, safety and efficiency across production at Last St.Ìý Reporting to the Operations Director, the Head Brewer is a key member of the leadership team and will drive product innovation, develop the brewing team, improve production systems and contribute to the strategic growth of the brewery.

This role extends beyond production. The Head Brewer will also act as an ambassador for Last St Brewing, representing the business at industry events, festivals, collaborations and customer engagement opportunities.
