We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Supervisor who is passionate about people, retail and creating a memorable guest experience. If you’re a natural leader with a flair for merchandising and a passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and inspiring our retail team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
- Creating eye-catching product displays and maintaining a beautifully presented store.
- Managing stock levels, ordering, inventory control and merchandising.
- Working closely with our venue team to create a seamless customer experience.
- Driving retail sales through product knowledge and creative promotions.
- Recruiting, training and developing team members.
- Managing rosters and supporting team performance.
- Looking for new ideas to continually improve the retail experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous retail management experience.
