Fitter – Level 2

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Fitter – Level 2 to join our client’s team in Pakenham, VIC.

.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid mechanical and fitting experience who can work confidently with tools, equipment and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out fitting, assembly and mechanical maintenance work
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and instructions
• Assist with repairs, adjustments and equipment maintenance
• Identify and report mechanical issues
• Work alongside other trades and workshop staff
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

About You:

• Previous fitting, mechanical or workshop experience
• Good understanding of mechanical equipment and tools
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable and physically capable
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant trade qualification or experience is preferred
