We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join our Development Team at our Milton head office.ÌýThis role will play an important part in delivering high-impact campaigns and brand initiatives that increase awareness, inspireÌýactionÌýand support our vision of healthy lungs for all.Ìý

About the roleÌý

Reporting to the General Manager – Communications and Brand, this positionÌýis responsible forÌýthe planning, coordination and delivery of Lung Foundation Australia’s key health campaigns and brand initiatives.Ìý

Working collaboratively across the organisation, this role will implement and support a range of health marketing campaigns and projects, champion brand consistency and contribute to the development of resources,ÌýpublicationsÌýand marketing materials.Ìý

KeyÌýdeliverables for this roleÌýinclude:Ìý

  • Project manage the development and delivery of health campaigns that drive donations and awareness of Lung Foundation Australia, lungÌýhealthÌýand the symptoms of lung disease; Ìý
  • LeadÌýLung Foundation Australia’sÌýgraphic design deliveryÌýbyÌýmanaging the external design agency; andÌý
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials.ÌýÌý Ìý

About YouÌý

To succeed in this role, you will have:Ìý

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a brand or marketing role;Ìý
  • Experience within the NFP sectorÌý
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing,ÌýCommunicationsÌýor a related discipline.Ìý
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing projects/campaigns.  Ìý
  • Experience using project management platforms would be highly regarded.Ìý
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ìý
  • Demonstrated experienceÌýworking with external marketing,ÌýdesignÌýand project teams in the production of branded marketing and communication materials.Ìý
  • High level communication skills andÌývery strongÌýattention to detail. Ìý
  • ProficiencyÌýin graphic design, particularly within the Adobe Creative Suite, would be highly regarded.Ìý
  • Self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to solve problems and deliver across multiple projects simultaneously.Ìý
  • Ability to develop, nurture and manage positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.  Ìý
  • Experience using a database/CRM system such as Salesforce would be highly regarded. Ìý
  • Ability to travel interstate to other office locations asÌýrequired. Ìý
