The RoleÌý

This is aÌýfull-time, on-site position based at ourÌýCooroyÌýfacility, working as part of our high-performing paint shop team. You will play a key role in supporting our growing fleet and ensuring operational capability through hands-on, workshop-based work.Ìý

ResponsibilitiesÌý

• Preparation of metallic and composite surfaces prior to coatingÌý
• Sub-assembly of parts and some components prior to coatingÌý
• Mix and apply primers and paint to aircraft surfaces in line with specificationsÌý
• Document and maintain accurate records of all work completedÌý
• Maintain paint shop equipment and materials, including ordering consumablesÌý
• Ensure all work is compliant with prescribed specifications, meets safety standards, and is completed to the highest qualityÌý

About YouÌý

• Cert III Aircraft Surface Refinishing orÌýCert III in Automotive Refinishing or equivalent trade experienceÌý
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsÌý
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionallyÌý
• Motivated to perform in a disciplined, safety-focused aviation environmentÌý
