The RoleÌý

As a Telehealth Nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting patients through their care journey, ensuring access, education, and continuity of care.Ìý

You will:Ìý

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred telehealth supportÌý
  • Guide patients with compassion, professionalism, and clinical accuracyÌý
  • Work collaboratively with GPs and multidisciplinary teamsÌý
  • MaintainÌýaccurate,ÌýtimelyÌýdocumentation and data integrityÌý
  • Respond to patient enquiries and manage appointments efficientlyÌý
  • Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in care deliveryÌý

The role is offered as either full time (38 hours pw), or part time (30.4 hours pw). The role is office based with some work from home flexibility.ÌýÌý

  • AHPRA registered (RN or EN) with a strong commitment to clinical excellenceÌý
  • Experienced (or highly capable) in telehealth or patient coordination environmentsÌý
  • A confident communicator who can engage patients with empathy and clarityÌý
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work both autonomously and within a teamÌý
