You’llÌýoversee our marketing technology ecosystem, digital channels and key member experience projects while leading a talented team and partnering closely with colleagues across Technology, Risk and Compliance. What You’ll Be Doing

• ManagingÌýthe optimisation of marketing operations, including lead management, segmentation, campaignÌýtrackingÌýand database health.Ìý
• ManagingÌýthe MIPSÌýMarTechÌýstack,ÌýwebsiteÌýand member portal to drive digital growth and operational excellence.Ìý
• Developing and executing marketing automation, digitalÌýadvertisingÌýand member engagement initiatives.Ìý
• Delivering insightful reporting,ÌýdashboardsÌýand ROI analysis to inform decision-making and support strategicÌýobjectives.Ìý
• Managing marketing projects, budgets,ÌývendorsÌýand a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuousÌýimprovementÌýand member focus.Ìý
  

About You

• You have proven experience leading marketing operations or digital marketing teams within a customer- or member-focused organisation.Ìý
• You bring deepÌýexpertiseÌýin marketing technology, automation, digitalÌýchannelsÌýand analytics.Ìý
• You are an accomplished people leader who enjoys coaching others and building capability.Ìý
• You are highly analytical, commerciallyÌýmindedÌýand comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.Ìý
• You hold tertiary qualifications in marketing, business,ÌýcommunicationsÌýor a related discipline.Ìý
