The Manager, Marketing and Communications is a standalone role responsible for developing and delivering MFVSA’s marketing, communications, brand and stakeholder engagement activity. Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services, the role will lead strategic communications, integrated campaigns, digital engagement, media relations and content development to strengthen MFVSA’s public profile and support its organisational goals.
This role will suit a creative, strategic and hands-on communications professional who can work autonomously, manage competing priorities and translate complex and sensitive subject matter into clear, engaging and values-aligned messages. You will work closely with the Executive team, internal staff and external stakeholders to deliver consistent messaging, impactful campaigns and communications that build awareness, trust and engagement.
About you
You will be a creative and strategic communicator with experience in marketing strategy, digital engagement, brand management, media relations and content creation. You will bring strong writing, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate independently and use data-driven insights to improve reach, engagement and impact.
