About the Role:
This role is not restricted to the listed location — while our office is based in Ohio, we welcome applications from candidates across neighbouring states.
Responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic multinational client relationships across global markets for Minetek. The role will focus on driving revenue growth, expanding client partnerships, identifying global opportunities, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence across regions and business units.
The role acts as a trusted advisor to major clients in industries including mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, industrial processing, and related sectors, while collaborating closely with regional leaders, business development teams, engineering, project delivery, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Strategic Account Management methodologies, including the design and execution of global/multinational account structures and complex solution selling
- Strong enterprise sales strategy and business development skills with a proven track record of growing revenue, account penetration, and share of wallet in large multinational accounts
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at C-suite and board level, with outstanding executive presentation abilities and experience leading strategic client partnerships across multiple regions
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including contract negotiation, pricing strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Highly developed strategic thinking, with the ability to develop comprehensive global account strategies, business plans, analytical reporting, and accurate forecasting
- Proven global and cross-cultural leadership capability, with experience leading through influence in complex matrix organisations, building high-performing teams, and driving change
- Deep industry knowledge and well-established network in the mining, oil & gas, industrial infrastructure, engineering, or technical solutions sectors, including understanding of industrial project delivery and capital projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong client orientation, resilience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
