About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative to support our sales operations. This role is responsible for managing inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and working closely with external sales and technical teams to deliver excellent customer service.
About the Role:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements
- Process sales orders and ensure all details are correctly entered into the system
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide product information, pricing, and technical support (with training provided)
- Support External Sales Representatives with administrative and sales tasks
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Follow up on quotes and leads to convert into sales opportunities
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and upselling products
About you:
- Previous experience in an internal sales, customer service, or sales support role
- Experience in industrial, mechanical, or technical environments is highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Background in engineering, ventilation systems, or industrial equipment is a plus
- Experience working with quotes, tenders, or technical product specifications is a plus
