About the RoleÌý

You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants across Lithgow and The Blue Mountains, including:Ìý

• Personal care & daily livingÌýassistanceÌý
• In-home supportÌý
• Community access & social engagementÌý

Shifts Available:Ìý

Must be available between 6:30am – 7:00pm. Monday – Sunday

Service AreasÌý

You must be willing to travel within:Ìý

Lithgow, The Blue Mountains and Katoomba – including surrounding suburbs.

WhatÌýYou’llÌýNeedÌý

• Valid NSW Driver’s LicenceÌýReliable vehicle with Comprehensive InsuranceÌý
• First Aid & CPRÌýWorking With Children Check (Paid)Ìý
• National Police Check (within 3 months)Ìý
• NDIS Worker Screening CheckÌý
• NDIS Worker Orientation ModulesÌý
• Full Australian working rightsÌý
• Smartphone with internet accessÌý
• (Willingness to obtain required checks will be considered.)Ìý
