About the RoleÌý
The Project Officer will work within the National Health Reform Agreement Team, contributing to improved health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This position requires initiative and a strong work ethic to assist with the development, implementation and coordination of National health Reform Agreement monitoring and accountability working groups, in collaboration
with senior team members and key stakeholders.
ÌýÌý
Responsibilities of this role but not limited to:Ìý
- Providing secretariat and administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and maintaining action registers.
- Coordinating meeting logistics, including venues, travel arrangements, catering and participant communications.
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and document registers.
- Assisting with stakeholder liaison by maintaining contact lists, distributing correspondence, responding to routine enquiries, and managing central email inbox.

About YouÌý
To succeed in this role, you will bring:Ìý
- Tertiary qualifications in Administration or a related field are highly desirable.
- Experience at level in a similar organisation is highly desirable.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is highly desirable.
