About the RoleÌý
The Senior Project Officer works within the Sexual Health and Blood Borne Viruses section and will contribute supporting the delivery of program outcomes. The position provides coordination of support to Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations to achieve program outcomes including development and execution of funding agreements, reporting and support to the NACCO National Sexual Health and BBV Community of Practice
Responsibilities of this role but not limited to:Ìý
- Plan, organise and support workshops that build
capacity and knowledge across the sector
- Assist in managing grants, including tracking
milestones, budgets, reporting and compliance requirements
- Assisting with the preparation of program reports,
briefs, papers and presentations to inform stakeholders and support decision-making
- Provide tailored support to ACCHO’s to help them
meet program objectives and fulfill reporting requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:Ìý
- A relevant tertiary qualification (such as project management or policy), or relevant work experience highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
