About the role:
As Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting branch operations and project delivery through a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to ensure project activities are managed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage progress claims and project invoicing
- Prepare job costings and contract documentation, including variations
- Liaise with customers regarding progress claim discrepancies and outstanding claims Ìý
- Assist with contract administration, cost allocation and project close‑out
- Maintain and update invoice registers and project documentation
- Weekly forecasting of project revenue
- Assist or collaborate with stakeholders to achieve key business
objectives and deliver excellent customer service to both our internal and
external stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional customer service, championing the NPE brand
- Effectively communicate and perform as a key member of the NPE team, ensuring that you understand, prioritise and deliver on your assigned daily tasks
- Support the sales team through effective administration
- Assist the sales team and general administration tasks as required
- Deliver high‑quality internal and external customer service
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar administration or sales support role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Insphire experience)
- Current C-class Driver’s License
Desirable:
- Experience in Rental, Mining or Construction Industries (or similar)
- Certificate III Business Administration (or similar) Ìý
