The Opportunity
Due to rapid
growth, we’re looking for a Graduate or Assistant Accountant to join our team.
This is a hands-on
role where you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of accounting, advisory, and
technology-focused work from day one. You’ll work closely with experienced
accountants and advisors who are passionate about mentoring and helping you
grow.
Your
responsibilities will include:
- Managing Xero accounting records for clients
- Using Xero add-ons and cloud technology to
improve efficiency and automation
- Processing payroll, accounts payable, and
receivable
- Preparing BAS, IAS, and tax returns
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and
financial analysis
- Month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Providing Xero support and training to clients
- Supporting CFO/advisory services
- Responding to client queries and building
strong client relationships

Selection Criteria
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
discipline (completed or currently in final year)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset
- Experience with Xero or cloud accounting
software is highly regarded
- Must be an Australian Tax Resident
