ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

We are seeking a highly motivated Transaction Services Manager to lead and inspire our finance operations team. This senior role offers the opportunity to:

  • Oversee revenue billing, payment collections, and debtor management with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage accounts payable, credit card transactions, and purchase order processes.
  • Lead monthly reporting inputs and contribute to annual financial statements and audits.
  • Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement and make a real difference to how we work.

ABOUT YOU:

You are more than an accounting professional — you are a leader who brings out the best in others. You will bring:

  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • 10+ years of experience in transactional accounting.
  • A genuine passion for people, culture, and teamwork.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Experience with ERPs (Technology One – highly desirable).
  • A focus on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results.
