Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Deliver high-quality customer service promptly and accurately
  • Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of event and staff areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Requirements:

  • 1 year hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Applicants must be flexible and have full availability to work weekend shifts
  • Current RSA Photo Competency Card.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels of the Company.
  • Ability to interpret, communicate, and work in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
