🎯 The Role

  • Design and deliver standout events with style and precision
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to bring visions to life
  • Manage end-to-end event planning and execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service while achieving event sales and coordination targets
  • Style and coordinate events to meet client expectations
  • Provide on-the-day event support to ensure smooth execution
  • Excellent knowledge of event trends, styling, food upsells and logistics
  • Flexible schedule required, including working one weekend day per week.

  • 1 year plus experience in Events, Hospitality, or Sales & Customer Service
  • A vibrant, outgoing personality and a passion for creating memorable experiences
  • Proven success in event sales and coordination with strong conversion rates
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
