Reporting directly to theÌýGeneral Manager – Finance, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the Finance function, ensuring month-end reporting, compliance, financial controls and key deliverables are completed accurately and on time,Ìýwhile taking ownership of accrued revenue, balance sheet reconciliations and weekly cash flow forecasting.Ìý

WhatÌýYou’llÌýDoÌý

• Own the month-end close process across multiple entities, ensuring all reporting deadlines are achieved.Ìý
• Coordinate all compliance obligations, including BAS, payroll tax, FBT and year-end audit requirements, ensuringÌýthey’reÌýcompleted accurately and on time by our outsourced accounting partner.Ìý
• ManageÌýaccruedÌýrevenue and revenue recognition.Ìý
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and support budgeting and forecasting.Ìý
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial information.Ìý
• Monitor business performanceÌýandÌýidentifyÌýfinancial risks and opportunitiesÌýÌý
• Continuously improve reporting and financial processes.Ìý
• Coordinate our outsourced accounting partner, ensuring compliance, reporting and operational deliverables are completed accurately and on time.Ìý

Ìý

You’llÌýBe Successful If You HaveÌý

• AroundÌý3ÌýtoÌý5Ìýyears’ accounting experience.ÌýÌý
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion.Ìý
• Strong month end reporting experience.ÌýÌý
• A solid understanding of accounting principles.ÌýÌý
• Excellent Excel skills.ÌýÌý
• A naturallyÌýorganisedÌýapproach.ÌýÌý
• Strong attention to detail.ÌýÌý
• Experience using Xero or similar accounting software is highly regarded.Ìý
