The Opportunity

We’re inviting expressions of interest for Assistant Store Manager role for our Bowral Boutique at Oroton as we prepare to open a new store on 25 September.

Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with strong clienteling expertise, ready to inspire their team and grow their career within a premium/fast paced boutique/outlet/concession environment.

Permanent full-time | Sunday–Thursday roster

What You’ll Do

  • Support and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
  • Deliver elevated client experiences through personalised styling and service
  • Drive sales performance through client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling
  • Maintain exceptional store presentation in line with Oroton’s visual standards
  • Support daily operations, including rostering, stock flow and customer experience
  • Partner with your Store Manager and wider leadership team to deliver store initiatives
