The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join Oroton as Concession Manager, with an exciting focus on supporting the upcoming Myer Adelaide store opening in August.

Reporting to the Multi-Site Manager, this role offers the opportunity to step in early to support operations across an existing store while playing a key part in the setup and launch of a new concession. You will bring commercial leadership, operational excellence, and a strong customer focus to drive success across multiple locations.

This is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building teams, and is passionate about premium retail and styling.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday-Saturday roster

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
  • Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment
  • Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
  • Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
  • Partner with regional, state and national leaders to implement store-specific strategies

What You Bring

  • Experience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable)
  • Understanding of concession stock processes and operational requirements (desirable)
  • Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environment
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience
  • A natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury product
  • Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
  • A positive, energetic leadership style that inspires and motivates your team
