Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Administrator to join our growing HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, thrives on organisation and accuracy, and is looking to grow their experience within Human Resources and Payroll. Experience within a manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or industrial environment will be highly regarded.

This role is part time, working 35 hours per week across 5 days.

About the Role

Reporting to the HR & Payroll Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support across both HR and Payroll functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting onboarding and employee administration activities
  • Maintaining employee records, payroll data and HR documentation
  • Assisting with payroll administration, timesheet follow-up and payroll checks
  • Responding to general HR and payroll enquiries
  • Supporting recruitment coordination and candidate communication
  • Monitoring employee compliance documentation including licences and certifications
  • Coordinating employee uniforms and related administration
  • Maintaining HR and payroll systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Coordinating stationery ordering for the HR & Payroll department
  • Assisting with training coordination, LMS maintenance, HR projects and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration experience within HR, Payroll or a similar environment preferred
  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High level computer skills including MS Office and 91±¬ÁÏ or similar systems
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and team-focused attitude
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
