Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and thrives on building strong relationships across a diverse workforce. Experience within a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR & Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations across the business while ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, professionally and compliantly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
- Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentation
- Managing induction plans and onboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records, HR systems and compliance documentation
- Supporting leaders with performance management, investigations and disciplinary matters
- Monitoring licences, training and qualification compliance
- Coordinating employee training and development activities
- Conducting exit interviews and supporting offboarding processes
- Assisting with WorkCover and injury management administration
- Supporting payroll administration and employee data maintenance
- Providing guidance relating to HR policies, procedures and systems
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a HR Administration or HR Coordination role
- Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment preferred
- Sound understanding of Fair Work legislation and HR practices
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and 91±¬ÁÏ or similar HRIS platforms
- The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment
- A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline are preferred but not essential.
