Description

Oxworks is Australia’s largest privately owned manufacturer and distributor of quality fencing products with 300 staff across 21 locations. Operating for 20+ years, we continue to be a market leader in the industry.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our growing HR team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and thrives on building strong relationships across a diverse workforce. Experience within a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.

About the Role

Reporting to the HR & Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations across the business while ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, professionally and compliantly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentation
  • Managing induction plans and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining employee records, HR systems and compliance documentation
  • Supporting leaders with performance management, investigations and disciplinary matters
  • Monitoring licences, training and qualification compliance
  • Coordinating employee training and development activities
  • Conducting exit interviews and supporting offboarding processes
  • Assisting with WorkCover and injury management administration
  • Supporting payroll administration and employee data maintenance
  • Providing guidance relating to HR policies, procedures and systems

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a HR Administration or HR Coordination role
  • Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment preferred
  • Sound understanding of Fair Work legislation and HR practices
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office and 91±¬ÁÏ or similar HRIS platforms
  • The ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, professional and team-focused attitude

Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline are preferred but not essential.
