About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and customers across salary packaging and novated leasing products.

You will act as a key point of contact, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels

·Provide accurate and timely information relating to salary packaging and novated leasing

·Support customers throughout the lifecycle of their package or lease

·Process customer requests, updates, and documentation with a high level of accuracy

·Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating more complex matters where required

·Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within internal systems

·Support payment processing, account updates, and general administration tasks

·Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure service delivery standards are met

·Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
