About the Opportunity

As the Team Lead – Client Services, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and take ownership of the day-to-day management of the client services team.

Key responsibilities include:

·Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing client services team

·Manage client relationships across employers, employees, and suppliers

·Oversee salary packaging and novated leasing operations

·Monitor and manage inbound/outbound enquiries across phone, email, and online channels

·Act as the escalation point for complex customer and client issues

·Support onboarding and implementation of new clients and employers

·Ensure accurate and timely processing of pay cycles, deductions, and reporting

·Oversee FBT year-end reconciliation and rollovers

·Manage arrears, package catch-ups, and account balances

·Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution within KPI targets

·Support daily payment processing, banking files and reconciliations

·Deliver training and continuous development for team members

About You

You are a confident and capable leader who combines strong operational expertise with a people-focused leadership style. You lead by example, create a high-performing team environment, and maintain a clear focus on service excellence and outcomes. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

·Demonstrated experience in a team leadership role within customer service or operations

·Strong knowledge of salary packaging and novated leasing (highly desirable)

·Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams

·Experience managing escalations and complex client relationships

·Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and risk management

·Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills

·Strong organisational capability with the ability to manage competing priorities

·Ability to interpret performance data, manage KPIs, and drive continuous improvement

·Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership
