Description

Glenferrie Road Medical Centre is seeking a highly organised and friendly individual to join the practice as a Medical Receptionist on a casual basis (3 days per week).

As the first point of contact for patients, the role is responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Key duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, maintaining patient records, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
