You’ll manage a portfolio of established corporate customers, develop strategic account plans, coordinate tenders and contract requirements, deliver customer presentations, and identify opportunities to expand RediMed’s services across Western Australia.

About the Role
As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships across a portfolio of RediMed customers. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business needs, ensure contractual obligations and service expectations are met, and identify opportunities to expand RediMed’s services and strengthen customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with RediMed’s key customers.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across customer organisations.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer needs and RediMed’s growth objectives.
- Oversee customer contracts, service agreements, renewals and SLA compliance.
- Identify opportunities to retain, expand and cross-sell RediMed’s services across accounts.
- Analyse customer data, utilisation reports and performance trends to identify growth opportunities, risks and service gaps.
- Coordinate and lead RFQs, tenders, proposals and renewal processes, including preparing high-quality written submissions.
- Develop and deliver customer presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports and commercial documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Support prospective sales and engagement activities with developing accounts.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered and the customer experience remains exceptional.
- Represent RediMed professionally at customer meetings, industry events and other business development activities.

You’re confident working with senior stakeholders and can move comfortably between strategic conversations, detailed data analysis, tender writing and customer presentations.

You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in the injury management sector or a closely related industry.
- Proven experience in account management, business development, customer success or commercial relationship management.
- A strong track record of managing and growing key customer accounts.
- Experience preparing tender responses, RFQs, proposals and commercial submissions.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce compelling, professional tender and proposal content.
- Confidence presenting to customers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to turn data and information into clear commercial insights and presentations.
- The ability to analyse customer data and use insights to identify opportunities, risks and trends.
- Experience managing contracts, service agreements, renewals or SLA requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
