As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Principal Change Consultant to join our team.
This is a role for an experienced practitioner who still enjoys the craft of consulting but wants more influence than delivery alone can provide.
You’ll lead complex engagements, mentor consultants, contribute to commercial conversations, and help shape the future direction of the business. You’ll work closely with our founders as a key part of our leadership team, bringing your expertise, judgement and perspective to both client work and the ongoing evolution of Reframe Change.
About the role
This is a role for someone who loves helping organisations navigate complexity and understands that successful change is about much more than plans, frameworks and governance.
You’ll lead a small number of significant client engagements, working alongside senior leaders to solve complex organisational, technology and workforce challenges. At the same time, you’ll play an important role within Reframe Change itself – mentoring consultants, contributing to commercial conversations, helping shape new opportunities, and influencing how we continue to grow as a business.
We’re not looking for someone who wants to move away from consulting. We still want you close to the work, building trusted relationships with clients and leading meaningful change. But we are looking for someone who enjoys thinking beyond individual projects and wants to contribute to the broader success of the business.
You’ll also be involved in project scoping, proposal development, commercial discussions, account growth opportunities and helping maintain the high standards that Reframe Change is known for.
About you
You’ve probably spent a number of years leading change initiatives and have developed a reputation as someone who can navigate complex situations. You know how to work with executives, challenge constructively, and build confidence through uncertainty. You’ve likely led technology-enabled change or organisational transformations, and understand the balance between strategy, delivery and people.
You might also be at a point in your career where you’re curious about the commercial side of consulting. Not because you want to become a salesperson, but because you enjoy helping shape opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and understanding what makes a consulting business successful.
Most importantly, you’re someone who values collaboration. You enjoy developing others, sharing what you’ve learned, and contributing to a team environment where people genuinely want one another to succeed.
You’ll likely bring:
- Significant experience leading organisational and technology-enabled change
- Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to navigate complexity with confidence and pragmatism
- Experience coaching, mentoring or leading consultants and project teams
- Commercial awareness and sound professional judgement
- A collaborative, people-first approach to leadership
