The Role:

We are seeking proactive Recall Administration Coordinators to support a major national caravan recall campaign.

This role will be responsible for managing customer data, booking appointments, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the Vehicle Compliance Manager. One of the roles will also be responsible for claim back communications to all China-based supply partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain recall databases and customer records
• Schedule inspections and repairs
• Process incoming correspondence
• Generate reports and completion tracking
• Support customer communications
• Coordinate documentation and regulatory records

You will need to demonstrate:

• Mandarin language skills [written and verbal]
• Strong administration experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Data entry and database management experience
• Customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
