About the Role
As our Contract Coordinator, you will manage the critical transition from claim approval through to repair commencement for insurance building works. You will ensure contracts are issued timely and accurately, pre-start requirements are completed, and jobs progress smoothly into construction. This role is focused on speed, accuracy, compliance and customer experience, with responsibility for driving cycle times and ensuring insurer-approved works are converted into active, well-prepared repair projects. Working closely with Construction Supervisors, insurers, customers and internal teams, you will coordinate communication, documentation, scheduling readiness and system updates to ensure a seamless handover into delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive approved claims and validate scope, authority and insurer requirements
- Issue and execute contracts with customers using digital or in-person processes
- Coordinate pre-start requirements including permits, insurances and inductions
- Update insurer portals with start dates and key milestone information
- Monitor cycle times from approval to contract and contract to site start
- Maintain accurate system records, CRM updates and job documentation
- Communicate proactively with customers, insurers and internal stakeholders

About You
- Experience in insurance, construction administration or contract coordination
- Strong understanding of scopes, contracts, variations and building processes
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer and stakeholder focus
- Highly organised with the ability to manage high-volume job pipelines
- Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
