About The RoleÌý

You will lead our Commercial Litigation practice in Sydney, working closely withÌýbothÌýour ManagingÌýPartnerÌýandÌýourÌýHead of Commercial Litigation (National).Ìý

- lead and grow the Sydney Commercial Litigation practice,Ìý
- solve problems, working on complex matters,Ìý
- develop and strengthen clientÌýand referrer relationships,Ìý
- drive business development and market profileÌýin Sydney,Ìý
- mentor and developÌýSolicitors across the Sydney team,Ìý
- contribute to broader firm strategy and growth,Ìý
- helpÌýshape culture,ÌýstandardsÌýand future capability in Sydney,ÌýandÌý
- collaborate with other practice leaders across the firm.Ìý

About YouÌý
This roleÌýisÌýlikelyÌýtoÌýsuit you if you:Ìý
- haveÌý8+ years PAEÌýin a commercial litigation practiceÌý(with experience in building and construction law, corporate litigation,ÌýinsolvencyÌýand professional negligenceÌýpreferred),Ìý
- are an accomplished litigator ready for a true practice leadership role,Ìý
- areÌýfrustratedÌýbyÌýlimitedÌýprogression,ÌýpoliticsÌýor bureaucracy,Ìý
- areÌýalready leading informally and ready for formal authority,Ìý
- areÌýcommercially minded andÌýenergisedÌýby growth,Ìý
- have strong client relationshipÌýskills, existing referralÌýpartnersÌýand business development capability,Ìý
- areÌýan Accredited Specialist or interested in obtainingÌýspecialistÌýaccreditation,Ìý
