As part of a broaderÌýlegal servicesÌýgroup of more than 50 people, you will be supportedÌýby experienced Team Leaders, a high-performing legal support team, and dedicated Operations, Sales & Marketing and People & Culture functions.Ìý

You will also have continuous access to guidance from highly experienced practitioners, including Accredited Specialists in Family Law and solicitors withÌýmore thanÌý20 years’ experience in the field.Ìý

Ongoing DevelopmentÌý

You willÌýbenefitÌýfrom structured 1:1s, quarterly goal setting, regular matter reviews, continuous feedback, fortnightly Lunch & Learns, leadership training & development and support for achieving Specialist Accreditation.Ìý

About the Role:Ìý

You will manage your own files from start to finishÌýwhile working within a high-performing, collaborative team. You will haveÌýthe support and autonomy to delegateÌýappropriate lower-levelÌýtasks to Assistants,ÌýParalegalsÌýand Junior Family Lawyers.ÌýÌý

You will:Ìý

  • manage a mix of parenting and property matters,Ìý
  • appear in court and continue to develop your advocacy skills,Ìý
  • build strong relationships with clients and referrers,ÌýÌý
  • contribute to team performance and culture,Ìý
  • mentorÌýJuniorÌýLawyers and support their development, andÌý
  • continueÌýto build your technical and strategic capability.Ìý

ÌýAboutÌýYou:Ìý

This role is likely to suit you if you:Ìý

  • have 5+ years of PAE in Family Law,Ìý
  • can confidently manage files fromÌýinitialÌýconsultation through to resolution,Ìý
  • have experience in complex parenting and property matters,Ìý
  • have advocacy experience and confidence in court,Ìý
  • are ready to step into a more senior role with a pathway to leadership,Ìý
