Support Worker –
Disability & Mental Health

You will provide non-clinical, practical support that helps participants live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their daily lives — across both individual and group settings.
What you’ll be doing
- Personal care and daily living — hygiene support, medication assistance, manual handling, domestic tasks and meals
- Community access — social activities, appointments, and outings
- Emotional support, promoting independence and wellbeing, including psychosocial and mental health support
- Supporting participants in both 1-on-1 and group settings
- Maintaining wellbeing, structure, and stability across a 24-hour care model
- Following care plans, maintaining records, and keeping safety front of mind
Requirements Mandatory
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Australian work rights
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive vehicle insurance
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Cert III Individual Support (Disability)or 6+ months experience
Preferred (not essential)
- Blue Card
- Manual handling certificate
- 6+ months NDIS disability experience
Shift types
Workers can select preferred shift types based on availability. Our 24-hour model means a range of times are available.
