Sarina Russo Job Access is seeking a passionate and drivenÌýEmployment CoachÌýto join our team in delivering theÌýInclusive Employment Australia ProgramÌý– a new national initiative supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions to prepare for, find and thrive in meaningful employment.

As an Employment Coach, you’ll provide tailored support to participants, helping them build confidence, develop skills and connect with inclusive employers.

Locations: Dalby (outreach travel may be required)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised coaching and employment support.
  • Develop and manage individualised employment plans.
  • Facilitate job readiness training and career development.
  • Engage with employers to identify opportunities and support workplace adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement.

  • Experience in employment services, disability support, community services or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse participants.
  • Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and workplace accommodations.
  • Cultural competency and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with employers and stakeholders.

  • Minimum qualification of Certificate III or IV in Community Services or equivalent.
