We are looking forsomeonecollaborative andorganisedtotransition project and engineering outputs into repeatable, production-readyactions.This newly created rolewill drive productionreadiness by connecting cross-functional teamsandmanagingrisks and dependencies to providethe visibility needed to deliver quality outcomes.This permanent, full-time rolewill be based at our Wingfield office, with travelrequiredto our Gepps Cross office where necessary.

What you will do:

In this role, youwill bring together multiple stakeholders toalignproduction activities andmaintainconsistent delivery.The success of this role will come down tothe smooth and successful transitionof key Defenceprojectsto production.This will look like:

  • Maintainingvisibility and control of production readiness activities
  • Identification and escalationofpotentialrisks, mitigations,constraintsand dependencies
  • Enabling cross-functional execution.
  • Coordination ofNew ProductIntroductioninitiatives,work orders, supplier deliverables, purchase orders,andmanufacturing partner activities
  • Preparation ofproduction reporting,including monthly cost-per-unit for all product variants
  • Driveinitiatives that improve production readinessandworkflow effectiveness

About you:

You’reorganised, dependable, and great at creating action. You ask questions, seek understanding, anddon’tsettle for “that’s how it’s always been done.”You may have a background in administration and are looking fora moveinto operations, or you may be inlogisticsand are ready for a change. Whatever your motivation,youcan navigate uncertainty, bring structure to complex problems, build strong working relationships, and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Ideally, you will have an existing AGSVABaselineclearance or above, or at least theability to obtain one.
