We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Gepps Cross, South Australia. This permanent, full-time role will partner with our Engineering and Operations teams to deliver key projects, somefrominceptionthrough to completion. The role will alsobe responsible forengaging and liaising with external customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate activities, manage deliverables, and support successful project outcomes.

What you will do:

In this role, you willbe responsible forthe full project life cycle,leadingmulti-disciplinaryinternal andDefence projects to ensure that milestones are met, risks are managed, and the outcomes exceed expectations.This will look like:

  • Managingprojects to maximise customer value through products and services
  • Ownership of all aspects of project deliveryincludingscope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and procurement
  • Maintenance andcontrol of timelines, costs, and quality to deliver on time and within budget
  • Developmentand management ofproject plans, risk registers, and earned value metrics
  • Coordination ofinternal resources andexternalsuppliers to meet technical and delivery requirements
  • Identification ofrisks and opportunities, driving proactive mitigation and improvement
  • Embeddingproject management best practice and continuous improvement across thebusiness

You will have:

  • Experience as a Project Manager, ideally inanengineering, Defence, or technologyenvironment
  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management,orextensivedemonstrated experience
  • ExperienceinMicrosoft Project
  • AIPM certification or similar PM accreditation, or you are working towards it
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)

Ideally, you will have an existing AGSVABaselineclearance or above, or at least theability to obtain one.
