Join Smokeball as our Business Process & Project Manager and help shape how the business runs as we continue to scale.ÌýYou’llÌýown the full lifecycle of operational improvement — from spotting the process issues worth solving, through to designing,ÌýdeliveringÌýand embedding the fix.Ìý

ThisÌýisn’tÌýprocess for process’s sake.ÌýYou’llÌýbring sharp commercial judgement to prioritise the right initiatives, design solutions that are as simple as they need toÌýbe andÌýprotect the speed and autonomy that let this business move fast.ÌýYou’llÌýcombine hands-on process analysis with structured project delivery, reporting into our Country Manager – Australia.Ìý

Ìý

WhatÌýYou’llÌýBe Doing:Ìý

• Map,ÌýdocumentÌýand analyse current-state processes toÌýidentifyÌýinefficiencies,ÌýbottlenecksÌýand risksÌý
• Design andÌývalidateÌýfuture-state processes with subject-matter experts and operational stakeholdersÌý
• Build data-driven business cases to prioritise the initiatives that matter mostÌý
• Plan and manage improvement initiatives end-to-endÌýscope, schedule, resourcing,ÌýbudgetÌýand riskÌý
• Maintain key project artefacts: charters, plans, statusÌýreportsÌýand decision recordsÌý
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage interdependencies across the change portfolioÌý
• Report clearly to sponsors and senior leadership on progress,ÌýrisksÌýand outcomesÌý
• Build engagement and communication plans to support adoption of changeÌý
• Partner with training and enablement teams to ensure operational readiness ahead of go-liveÌý
• Track benefits realisation post-implementation and coach teams on process thinking and project disciplineÌý
• Develop andÌýmaintainÌýstrong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business, in each region and at all levelsÌý

WhatÌýYou’llÌýBring:Ìý

• Demonstrable experience across both process improvement and project/programme delivery, ideally within operations,ÌýtransformationÌýor consultingÌý
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent CI qualification)Ìý
• Strong working knowledge of project management frameworks — PMP, PRINCE2,ÌýAgilePMÌýor equivalent practical experienceÌý
• ProficiencyÌýwith process mapping tools (Visio, Miro,ÌýLucidchartÌýor similar) and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar)Ìý
• Excellent stakeholder management,ÌýfacilitationÌýand communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior leadership and coaching frontline teamsÌý
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight and compelling business casesÌý
