Reporting to theÌýHead of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a key role in expanding Stanley College’s market presence byÌýidentifyingÌýand developing opportunities with employers, schools, community organisations, government agencies, workforce providers, and other key stakeholders.ÌýÌý

The role contributes to the achievement of domestic enrolment targets by generating new businessÌýopportunities, building referral channels, promoting Stanley College`sÌýprograms and services, and supportingÌýindustry engagement initiatives. - Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that support student recruitment and organisational growth.Ìý
- Build relationships with employers, industry groups, schools, community organisations, and workforce networks.Ìý
- Negotiate and support partnership agreements and collaborative initiatives.Ìý
- Represent Stanley College at networking events, expos, industry forums, and community engagement activities.Ìý
Student Recruitment & Lead GenerationÌý
- Develop and grow referral networks that generate qualified student enquiries.Ìý
- Deliver presentations and information sessions to prospective students and stakeholder groups.Ìý

- Degree qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.Ìý

- Demonstrated success in developing partnerships and generating new business opportunities.Ìý
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Ìý
