WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of disability and aged care support workers
• Overseeing rostering and scheduling to ensure staffing and continuity of care
• Managing client intake, care planning, and coordination within our aged care stream
• A mix of support work and team leader operations
• Assisting with the growth and development of Supportr
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3–5 years’ experience in disability support, aged care, or community services
• Demonstrated experience in a team leader, supervisor, or coordination role
• Leadership experience in health or community services is acceptable for this role
• Strong understanding of person-centred care principles
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check — Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Queensland driver’s licence
• Certificate III or IV qualification in a relevant field is required
