Global Skills is currently expanding our Employer Liaison Consultant team across our service areas. We are now actively recruiting for an Employer Liaison Officer to service our Northern Sydney area including Hornsby, Chatswood, Brookvale Baulkham Hills and Central Coast.

The role of the Employer Liaison Consultant is to conduct business development activities, generate and match against employer job vacancies and network with a variety of stakeholders to build employer relationships that support our participants into sustainable, long-term employment.ÌýÌý


Successful candidates for these roles will:

  • Share our commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service
  • Have a passion for helping others and making a difference in your local community
  • Have experience in Employment Services or a related field such as recruitment, community services, business development, sales or human resources
  • Possess highly developed time management skills
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport with a diverse range of employers and participants
  • Have an understanding of the local and wider labour markets, employer expectations and the ability to match participant transferrable skills to a variety of roles and vocationsÌý
  • Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
  • Be eligible to work in AustraliaÌý
  • Be expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
  • Have an unrestricted current drivers licence
