We are seeking experienced Allied Health Professionals to join a thriving team in Western Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of paediatric and adult clients across the community
We are recruiting for two separate positions:
- Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Speech Pathologist
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services to a diverse client base
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored, evidence-based intervention plans
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in line with professional standards
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and client care
What We’re Looking For
Ìý
Occupational Therapist
- Degree qualified in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a community, disability, or private practice setting
- Strong clinical and communication skills with a client-centred approach
Speech Pathologist
- Degree qualified in Speech Pathology with relevant registration/membership
- Experience working with clients aged 10–17 years
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a community, disability, or private practice setting
- Ability to build strong rapport with young people and their families
For Both Roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
