Description

We are seeking experienced Allied Health Professionals to join a thriving team in Western Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of paediatric and adult clients across the community


We are recruiting for two separate positions:

  • Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Speech Pathologist


Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services to a diverse client base
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored, evidence-based intervention plans
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in line with professional standards
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and client care


What We’re Looking For

Ìý

Occupational Therapist

  • Degree qualified in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a community, disability, or private practice setting
  • Strong clinical and communication skills with a client-centred approach

Speech Pathologist

  • Degree qualified in Speech Pathology with relevant registration/membership
  • Experience working with clients aged 10–17 years
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a community, disability, or private practice setting
  • Ability to build strong rapport with young people and their families

For Both Roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
