About You:

We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives on challenges and genuinely embraces aÌýpeople-first culture. To be successful, you will bring:

  • Retail Leadership:Ìý3+ years of management experience in high-volume retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service:Ìý5+ years of customer service experience with a passion for creating exceptional interactions.
  • Team Empowerment:ÌýStrong desire to coach, inspire, and develop a diverse team of 20+ members.
  • Operational Excellence:ÌýTop-tier time management to smoothly delegate tasks across a 24/7 business, alongside tech competence in web-based platforms (rostering, inventory, reports).
  • Creative Problem Solving:ÌýA high level of persistence, attention to detail, and a knack for finding creative solutions to daily challenges.
  • True Leadership Integrity:ÌýA clear, confident communicator with “listen-to-hear” skills. Because we operate 24/7/365, peak holidays (like Christmas, Easter, and New Year’s) are our busiest times. As a people-first leader, you lead by example and love supporting your team side-by-side during these milestone trade days.
