Set shifts with 15-20 hours available per week for someone comfortable with personal care, working 1:1, experience working with a wheelchair, supporting transport for community access and other Assisted Daily Living supports as required.

• Rate: L2 P1 – $45.28 Cert 3 in individual supports or community serviceÌý
• L2 P2 – $46.70 Cert 4 or higher in individual supports or community serviceÌý

Requirements & ExperienceÌýincludes but is not limited to:Ìý

• Experience and comfortable to provide daily PersonalÌýCareÌýand Assisted DailyÌýLiving Supports.Ìý
• Meal preparation and assistance.
• Competency in safe manual handling.Ìý
• Experience administering medication using a plan.
• Ability toÌýmaintainÌýaccurateÌýclinical documentation, riskÌýassessments,Ìýand reporting.Ìý
• Ability to communicate and build relationships.
• Effective time Management & Organization.Ìý

Mandatory CriteriaÌý

• Cert III in Individual Support or Disability with relevant experience. If you are not qualified but have the experience, you will also be suitable (training will be provided).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check &Ìý4 xÌýNDIS Orientation Online Modules.Ìý
• Current WWC – Paid employee check.Ìý
• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.Ìý
• Other inductions and training asÌýrequired.Ìý
• Valid Driver’s License andÌýanÌýinsured vehicleÌýtoÌýassistÌýparticipants with community access is essentialÌýÌý
• Current FullÌýcomprehensiveÌýcar insurance or willing to obtain.Ìý
