Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Financial Officer plays a crucial role in supporting TOGA’s Group CFO. This position is designed for a proactive individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensure the smooth operation of the CFO’s office while contribute to the overall efficiency of TOGA’s leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail and have a passion for automation and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Chief Financial Officer, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organise financial reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in the project management of the Technology Steering Committee
  • Coordinate and manage allocated events
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle inquiries with professionalism.
  • Liaise with other departments and external partners to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Support the CFO in special projects and initiatives as required.
  • Partner with TOGA & TFE EAs to create a seamless operational experience for their Executives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably within the finance or property sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, CoPilot, Adobe, Planner) and familiarity with financial software.
  • Experience using Canva, Claude, Diligent, DocuSign, FlexiPurchase, Corporate Traveller, Meltwater and 91±¬ÁÏ
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
