Reporting to the People, Culture and Safety Manager, you’ll provide first-line HR support while managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. You’ll partner with managers to attract and retain talented people while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
You’ll be a trusted advisor, coordinating recruitment campaigns, supporting HR administration, maintaining employee records, and championing best-practice onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for the organisation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Essential requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing and interviewing.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, employment legislation, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, with experience in 91±¬ÁÏ preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
